COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
As living historians, telling the story of our community and our ancestors, we pride ourselves on our involvement with our community on a regular basis, in a variety of settings and events.

We are delighted to regularly visit local schools, colleges, and universities to educate scholars of all ages about the Civil War, the various treaties that affected Native Americans living Oregon, the role of the United States Army in influencing social change, and creating tangible connections with the past.

We also attend various events honoring our nation's veterans and first responders, such as Veterans Day Parades, Memorial Day Ceremonies, Military Retirement ceremonies, funerals, and other important events within our community.

We are also involved with other associations, such as the Boy Scouts of America, the Sons of Union Veterans, Sons of Veterans Reserve, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, and much more!

Let us know how we can be involved in your events and programs!
